To protect QiQ from paying commission on cancelled or fraudulent orders we have implemented a commission delay. This results in commission only being paid on accounts that are active at the end of the commission delay period.
At the time of order, the affiliates Pending Commissions Balance will increase by the amount of commission for the order, but not the Available to Withdraw Balance which will only increase after the commission delay period.
The commission delay period is set to 35 days.
