The delivery time for documents will vary on a number of factors and sadly that means we can not provide a precise timeframe for the delivery of letters. In all the locations we operate we utilise the local postal service. So, for example, if you send a letter via our Australian Point of Presence, we will use Australia Post and the delivery times are therefore based on those available from Australia Post.
If you wish to obtain an estimate of the delivery time, please take a look at the website for the postal operator in the country you selected your mail be sent from. The websites are as follows:
Hong Kong http://www.hongkongpost.hk/eng/index.htm
New Zealand https://www.nzpost.co.nz/
South Africa http://www.postoffice.co.za/
United Kingdom http://www.royalmail.com/personal/international-delivery/international-standard
United States https://www.usps.com/
There are many factors that can ultimately impact on the delivery time for a letter many of which are outside our control (incorrect addressing, weather, local conditions, strikes etc) so the timeframe quoted on these websites should be treated as an estimate only.
Please note we do not offer a tracking service on our letters unless specifically requested for which a higher charge is made.
